10 Steps to a refreshing Strawberry & Cake Parfait

OKAIMONO/ Recipes, HOME CAFE, Parfait

We’re introducing a new Home Cafe series starting with parfait desserts that you can easily make at home!  Here’s take two to kick off Valentines day, its Strawberry & Cake!
Give this less pink version a try and see how you like it. There’s no real quantity to the ingredients in the recipe and most of it depends on the size of your glass or your need (or in this case, your want! ha!). What we list here is just and estimate so feel free to improvise and substitute if you do not have something that is exactly the same!

For the Yellow Sponge Cake – this is great if you have left over cut outs from making roll cakes. You can use the head and tails of the cake and make this parfait so nothing goes to waste! Otherwise, you may substitute it with pancake too!
